Plan with a Coordinator
A coordinator will reach out to complete the intake process, get additional information and book your room. You will be sent an Outlook calendar invite from the booked room.
Prepare for the meeting
Behind the scenes, your coordinator will be planning. Along the way you will get emails with links to select catering, confirm layouts, and AV services needed.
Rooms of all styles and functions are available across campus. We have made booking rooms and services for team gatherings a one-stop-shop. All rooms that accommodate over 15 people are centrally managed. All these rooms can have additional services added to them. Most of these rooms have configurable furniture.

- On-site fitness centers are available from 5 a.m.-10 p.m. Mon-Sun for full-time associates, or 6 a.m.-7 p.m. Mon-Fri for contractors.

Tuesdays 4:15-5 p.m. PST - HIIT Fusion
HIIT Fusion - This class will leave you feeling energized, accomplished, and ready to tackle anything that comes your way. It is designed to push your limits with a combination of intense bursts of exercise followed by short periods of transition and rest, allowing you to maximize calorie burn and build muscular endurance.
Wednesdays 4:15-5 p.m. PST - Yoga
Yoga - A gentle flow that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, deep stretching, and breathing to help release stress, tension and tightness. Appropriate for all levels. - Do I need to sign-up for classes in advance? No. If something changes, we will let you know. We can accommodate -10 people in the HIIT Fusion class and - 20 in the Yoga class.
- What do I need to bring to class? For the Yoga classes, some participants may want to bring their own mat and that is encouraged, but equipment will be provided for all classes. Just bring yourself and some water.
- Where are the classes being held? The HIIT Fusion class will be held in the fitness center. The Yoga classes will be held a large conference room down the hall.
- What if I'm new to class? Both classes are appropriate for any fitness level. We encourage both new and experienced exercisers to join us. Instructors are equipped to accommodate your needs.
- Anything else I need to know? All participants are required to sign a waiver (one-time), electronic or paper, prior to attending. We are also asking for each person to sign-in each time when they arrive. This helps us track attendance and plan for future programming.
