When your benefit ends
Benefits through My Mental Health Resources, provided by Lyra will remain available to you and your family for 18 months after your last day with Walmart (or the maximum duration for which you would be eligible for COBRA coverage) at no cost to you. However, if you enroll for COBRA coverage the benefit will be available throughout the COBRA period. You do not have to enroll in COBRA coverage to continue Lyra benefits.
If you become eligible for COBRA coverage, your access to My Mental Health Resources, provided by Lyra Health, automatically continues for 18 months (or the maximum duration for which you would be eligible for COBRA coverage), even if you choose not to enroll for COBRA.
