Get the confidential support you need anytime with Resources for Living (RFL). You and your family members can each get unlimited phone support anytime, and up to 10 face-to-face sessions with a local licensed mental health therapist, or 10 weeks of chat-based therapy.

Through RFL, you also have access to myStrength, a digital platform with tools and support for stress, depression, sleep, and more. Plus, you’ll find videos, articles, community resources, and more on the RFL site. It’s all at no cost to you and your family, even if you’re not enrolled in Walmart benefits.

Talkspace is a text-based service from Resources for Living (RFL) that lets you text or web-chat with a licensed professional therapist right from a computer or mobile device.


With Talkspace, you can:

  • Get matched with a therapist, typically within 48 hours.
  • Connect through text, audio, or video messaging.
  • Enjoy secure, confidential conversations.

How does it work?

Talkspace is part of Resources for Living and counts as part of your 10 free face-to-face sessions per issue per year. One week of texting is equal to one face-to-face session. Go to www.talkspace.com/rfl to register and download the app.

myStrength is collection online and app-based wellness tools to help support your physical and emotional health. You’ll find articles, videos, personal assessments and more to help you with:
